I binge ate for most of my life, at 120kg I was trying to be invisible to the world and used food to escape everything I didn’t want to feel. Even after I lost the weight, the binge restrict cycle still controlled me.

I would restrict all week, lose control on the weekend, feel disgusting after, and then starve myself trying to fix it.

Even at my lightest, I was still in the cycle. Every week, my diet was perfect. I would track everything perfectly until the weekend, then I would eat everything in sight.

I got control back because I solved the real problems behind my bingeing. My beliefs, my identity, my nervous system and the way I coped with my emotions, this is the root cause of why I would binge.

I’m now a binge eating mindset coach and studying Aaruka Therapy, I help men fix the root cause of binge eating
